Your Responsibilities
- Client Consulting: Providing independent, proactive support and strategic advice to your accounts.
- Concept Development: Development of storylines and the PR, communications, and social media strategies based on them.
- Project Management: Implementing a wide range of projects (specialized and business media, social media, trade show communications, delegation trips) and managing project teams (colleagues, freelancers, service providers).
- Media Relations: Active press relations, writing PR materials, and expanding our network of journalists.
- Business & Finance: Project and budget management (quotes, billing, controlling) as well as participation in new business pitches.
Your Profile
- Experience: At least 4–5 years at a PR or communications agency, including project management for medium-sized and large accounts.
- Storytelling skills: For you, this isn't just a buzzword—it's a craft. You know how to find and tell the right story.
- Expertise: Extensive experience in media relations (ideally with an established network) and modern social media management for B2B clients.
- Tech Affinity: A passion for technology-related topics and a comprehensive understanding of communication in the 21st century (including trends such as GEO).
- Personality: Organized, hands-on, ambitious, and a true team player.
- Skills: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), excellent German, and very good English. Knowledge of an Asian language is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office and common communication tools.
