We are currently seeking a full-time PR & Communications Consultant (m/f/d) to start immediately.
Your tasks:
- Independent, proactive management and strategic consulting for client accounts—including both well-known large corporations and family-run medium-sized companies, primarily in the technology and innovation sectors
- Implementation of a wide range of projects as part of a team—from technical and business media communications to social media, trade show communications, and delegation trips
- Development of storylines and, based on them, PR and communication concepts and/or social media strategies for our clients
- Responsibility for projects and budgets, including preparing proposals, billing, and measuring the success of one's own initiatives
- Active media and press relations, from writing PR copy to expanding our network of journalists
- Managing project teams composed of colleagues, in-house experts, freelancers, and external service providers
- Participation in pitches and proposals for new clients
Your profile:
- At least 4–5 years of experience at a PR or communications agency, including successfully managing and leading projects for medium-sized and large client accounts
- For you, storytelling isn't just a buzzword—it's a craft. You know how to find and tell the right story for a company.
- Extensive experience in media relations and communications with trade media, ideally with your own network of journalists and experts
- Experience in strategic and operational social media work for corporate clients
- A passion for technology topics and a knack for presenting them in an engaging way
- A well-organized, enthusiastic, hands-on, and ambitious person
- A college degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent German and very good written and spoken English; knowledge of another language, ideally an Asian language, is a plus
- Proficiency in using common tools such as MS Office, as well as social media management and monitoring tools
- Team spirit, enjoyment of work, and interacting with people
