We are looking for communication professionals – and those who wish to become one. To us, enthusiasm for our customers and their topics is more important than professional experience. That's why we offer two different training programs for career starters and industry newcomers:

Duration: 18 months with internal workshops and external basic training (followed by an exam)
Requirements: university degree

We support your professional development. In addition to numerous internal training programs, we provide targeted support for external professional development opportunities—from attending trade shows and conferences to subject-specific training.
Whether you work full-time or part-time, we’re results-oriented. As long as you meet deadlines and coordinate effectively with your team and clients, you can manage your time flexibly. It doesn’t matter if you’re an early riser or need some free time in the afternoon to balance family and work.
We value the best of both worlds. We love the face-to-face interaction in our offices, but at the same time, we offer you the flexibility to work from home during periods when you need to focus on deep work.
